Dear Café Feka,
First of all: It's great that you have a gluten-free concept in Erlangen! It's a real treasure! I've been coming to you for a long time, even when Café Südende still existed. Everything tastes great and is still beautifully presented and presented.
However, there's something I've noticed recently, and I'd like to share it with you as feedback:
I know that gluten-free baking and cooking isn't cheap (from my own experience), and you certainly have a lot of personnel and operating costs to cover, and that's not always easy. I've recently noticed how thin the cake slices are now being cut, and sometimes at higher prices (over €5) than was the case in the café before. That's a real shame, because as a student, I now have to think three times about whether or not to visit the café. I hope you can accept this feedback as feedback and not see it as an attack.
