Sin Gluten Co.

I couldn’t even tell these were gluten free! They’re so yummy, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. You can tell the owner pours so much love into her pan and carefully chosen ingredients. I was so excited to share them with my gluten free coworkers, fthey were just as impressed as I was!

I bought some bread from this company during the Grover beach block party. It was disappointing, to say the least. As someone with Celiac Disorder, I searched for gluten free options and found this company in SLO. As I don't live in SLO, I drove to try this pastry because the owner stated what great skill she had at making pan dulce or as many Hispanics may know "conchitas." I thought to myself, "Oh, wow! What a great find" because the owner stated, and I quote, "I quit my day job to be allowed to bake on a full time basis." Let me tell you, she needs to get that job back or end up homeless because she has no skill in baking gluten free options. Not to be cruel, but they were the saltiest, driest, and, if you know what a conchita looks like, the egg topping broke off from the bread. So, I ended up with overpriced, bald pieces of salty bread. This was quite disappointing, I will not seek to purchase anymore product from this vendor again.

Sin Gluten Co is awesome! I found them at a pop up and excited to see them at the Paso Farmers Markets on Saturdays! Their gluten free Mexican treats are ahhhhh-mazing! My favorites are Pan Dulce and Puerquitos. The puerquitos are my all time favorite, the texture and taste are perfect. Sin Gluten Co making my gluten free Mexican treat dreams come true!!!
