Update:
I used to love iSushi, and the owners changed. It's a bit different, but still great. The fish has always been tasty, but the rice is a bit different than most sushi places I've been. While different, it still tastes quite good. They've kept the prices the same, and frankly quality and service has been good. They also still have gluten-free soy sauce and options.
My wife and I went during the grand opening, and multiple times since. They've definitely listened to customer feedback and have improved their food. The servers are very kind and so are the chefs! I hope they stay in business. Their Korean food is also pretty good :)
