Unfortunately, I have to make sure my food is gluten-free and even if it isn't on the menu, the service and chef were familiar with gluten. I ate the pike perch with seasonal vegetables on herb mashed potatoes and white wine sauce and was very full without any worries! The waitress also noted that care was taken to ensure that a new pan was used for each dish... Thank you very much for that :-) - unfortunately this is not a given!!
