I had one of the worst dining experiences I can remember at your restaurant. It took 45 minutes just to receive pita bread, and when it finally arrived, I didn’t even get a gluten-free substitute — despite clearly stating my dietary restriction when ordering. When the dips came, the so-called “substitute” was two carrot sticks and two pieces of lettuce — that’s not just disappointing, it’s insulting. Our server disappeared for most of the meal — no check-in to see how the food was, no offer for another round of drinks, nothing. We waited an unreasonable amount of time for the bill, and only then discovered that we were charged extra for the “gluten-free vegetables” that no one mentioned would cost more. To make matters worse, the food itself was unacceptable. The chicken on the salad was undercooked and cold in the middle, which is a serious food safety issue. And for the amount of time we waited, that’s absolutely inexcusable. Overall, this was a total service failure from start to finish — slow, inattentive, dismissive of dietary needs, and unsafe. For a restaurant of this caliber and price point, I expected professionalism and care; instead, I left frustrated, hungry, and concerned about food safety.

Yes, the food was amazing but the part that really stood out to me was our waitress Morgan. She was so knowledgeable about what was gluten and dairy free on the menu. I asked for the falafel (which were excellent) with the tzatziki on the side. When the plate came with a sauce on it, she noticed and sent it back. I was very impressed with with her.
