Food was amazing and presentation was great. Will 100% be back. The food was all super fresh as well! The manager, Faye, sat with me with the menu, most things are marked but some dishes are available to be made with gluten free soy sauce. The food was amazing. Attached is the menu we marked (sorry I forgot to mark some crab that wasn’t gluten free) and tried to make it as clear as possible and attached are pics of the food. Any sushi rolls that have crunchier I wrote (GF no crunchies) next to it.

Thrilled to have a great quality sushi buffet nearby! Our group ordered the all-you-can-eat sushi and hibachi dinner and it did not disappoint. The presentation was beautiful and delicious. Much better quality fish than other buffets we've tried. We also really appreciated the attentiveness to food allergies when ordering items on the buffet menu - They even have gluten free soy sauce! Our favorites were the hot and sour soup (made perfectly, not too sweet!), ceveche, and the godzilla roll.
