The pastries are the best in the Gorge and perhaps the state. Many delicious choices, always some gluten free. I gift the gorgeous chocolates frequently - great chocolate and beautiful presentation.

I cannot recommend Édeske enough for your event! We decided to go local for our wedding cake and pastries. We were not disappointed. They were able to accommodate all of our dietary restrictions (egg allergy, gluten free, vegan). We went in for a tasting and they made us extra goodies. The owners were amazing, detailed, and very informational. I’ll definitely be coming back for future events.
