A beautiful café with two levels, featuring stunning high ceilings on the second floor adorned with artwork depicting architecture and history. The menu included allergy labels, which we initially appreciated—until we realized they were not entirely accurate or comprehensive. For example, the Waffles de Yuca were labeled as lactose-free, vegan, and gluten-free, yet they were served with a whole egg on top—an ingredient that is not vegan-friendly. Additionally, the açaí bowl arrived partially frozen with noticeable ice chunks. When I requested it to be warmed up, the staff initially explained that açaí is traditionally served cold but eventually blended it to adjust the texture. Their kids waffle dish was also disappointing. Why would you advertise an elaborate bear head waffle and just give some random thing to customers? (See photos). My favourite dish was the Cayeye de la Casa—incredibly flavorful and unique. Overall, the staff was friendly, but if you have food allergies, I recommend double-checking the menu, as the labelling may not be entirely reliable. They had high chairs and a kid menu.

I will never go back here again. They have labels on there many for vegan and vegetarian and a bunch of stuff is labeled vegan that clearly contains dairy, eggs, and even meat. When I tried asking if that mean those items could be made vegan, the waiter told me one of them was gluten free and kept saying one was vegetarian. When I tried narrowing down what we could actually order there were one 3 items, and the one that I got (avocado toast without the cheese) I’m 95% certain it uses mayo and is not actually vegan. Why would you label stuff with fish and chicken vegan and have staff that has no idea if things can be made vegan and no interest in finding out. Service is bad and so slow and yeah I don’t trust them. I’ve been there before and they at least had the Mediterranean bowl but now it comes with chicken and is still labeled vegan. This place sucks
