Eating gluten free has been so hard in the Middle East, so much is breaded or accompanied by bread, especially on a budget. I was wandering around in the sweltering 100 degree heat not finding an affordable place to eat/work when I stumbled upon this quaint little gem. I saw on the menu “chicken bowl” so I ventured in and was immediately greeted and welcomed. She gave me the WiFi pass right away without my asking and offered rice with the dish that normally comes with bread. The food was so delicious (tasted like Indian spices) and definitely comfort food + I had enough for dinner too! There was a place to plug in my laptop and they gave me complimentary mint tea while I worked. 🫖 I met the chef & Tali who chatted with me and even gave me a mini Arabic lesson! It’s sometimes these little kindnesses when you’re solo traveling & a bit weary that make all the difference!🥹 Highly recommend for good eats, good company with lovely ambience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Veg and gluten free friendly! Try the potatoes with eggs and broccoli in tahini sauce - mindblowing!
