Delicious! His the spot Hunan flavours. Well priced too. Wait can be long over its busy so better to go earlier.
They have smoked beef which is rare (typically just smoked pork aka Chinese pancetta). Loved this dish and, the sour beans with gizzard and the soft gluten with pork mince was moreish soft/chewy textures. Can't wait to try more dishes.
