Its the cheapest hotel in the area, was one of the major reasons why I chose this hotel. I know flushing is a busy area, but didnt think it was going to be this tuff to manage through the cars and people everywhere. I was lucky enough to pull into an open spot in front to check in and than was told I can only park there for 15 minutes and parking is not included and I can purchase parking at 28 per day. Not what I want to hear after a long flight. I did get bottle water cause im an elite rewards member, which I had to say since, I didn't get any recognition. The 1st room she gave me had a musty smell and was facing the vents directly from a restaurant and the smell was awful and it was very noisy when I opened the window 3 inches which was allowed. Than wife found a bunch of black hair in the bathroom. I immediately complained to Pei. She understood my situation and did give me another room located 2 floors up, which was a little better, but still found hair! The rooms are small like European style. The location is great for local transportation, but parking is a major problem. I was lucky enough to find free parking on college Ave at night only. During the day expect to pay. Its extremely crowded and a lot of traffic during day. The gym is outdated, but useful and bf is blaw. I recommend sleep and leave. Rooms are quite and TV worked fine however wifi doesn't connect. I should've read all the reviews before I booked. It's one of the worst Bestwesterns I ever been. I'm surprised Bestwestern represents a place like this.

If you're planning to do anything around Flushing such as attending an event at Mets Willets Point (I went to the US Open) this is a fantastic option since you're a 3 min walk to the 7 train, which terminates in Flushing. When everyone else has a 45 min+ train ride back to Manhattan, you'll be so happy you stayed in Flushing instead! The hotel provides a comfortable place to sleep at night after you're done exploring the city - very comfortable bed and the necessary toiletry amenities. Comfortable for 3 people and also possible for 4 but it will probably be a bit of a tighter squeeze. There's also a complimentary breakfast on site that provides something for everyone but I highly recommend to also check out the endless food options on the streets just outside from the hotel - I always love dining out in this area! I've stayed in some other hotels and Airbnbs in the Flushing Main Street area and this is a frequent option for me, would recommend to travelers needing a spot to crash at the end of a long touristy day.

Unbeatable location. Stayed for one night for the blacklink tour and we were able to park quickly, get our room quickly and the room was so nice! The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Would definitely recommend if you wanna be in the heart of Queens around all the delicious food and shops.
