# Carbon Mexican Steakhouse > Open seating inside a mall creates a New Mexican Tex Mex vibe with live music on weekends adding energy. The atmosphere feels great but lacks privacy at tables, often quiet during dinner hours. Margaritas and mojitos stand out as well-made and well-priced drinks.
