Great place to live! High ceilings, modern finishes, and super responsive management. The building is well-kept, and the quiet street is a nice bonus.

As of August 2024, there's a new property manager, First Service Residential, who's EXTREMELY GOOD!!! The new owner is renovating the hallways, fitness center, improving security, addressing all the deferred repairs, and has been very responsive. Could not recommend it more!
