After a slight adjustment period, partly bc I'm particular with my laundry, I have found the owner and workers to be professional, kind and thorough. They improved greatly when I voice concern. My clothes are washed and folded AND hung and cared for above and beyond. Nino, the main delivery person, is always professional and friendly. The staff is friendly and courteous.
