# CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice > Self-service ordering machines with credit, debit, and mobile payments speed up service but lack Spanish and Chinese translations, making navigation challenging. Prices tend to be higher than competitors, and customers often pack their own orders, which some find inconvenient. The store maintains steady traffic despite mixed opinions on drink quality and service.
