I have been here 3 times and each time the experience just deteriorates. This time I went for a wax and after the full leg wax was done, I told the lady doing the wax that she’s left some wax on my foot and it’s sticky. She made a face and told me loudly in front of the whole salon that if I have a problem I can go and wash it in the house. Later when I left, I did not tip her because of this highly insulting and disgusting behaviour. She again loudly shouted at me… that why I dummy give her a tip? I told her you lost the tip the moment you asked me to go home and wash it. She started telling me I’m not her boss and she deserves a tip. This was the same lady who was bending over backwards for Caucasian clients. I can’t believe how rude and racist the ladies working here are. I will never be visiting again and the owner of this place is well advised to train their staff in better manners and customer service. Just a disgusting experience overall.

I've been going to Empire Beauty Spa for a long time and have never been disappointed with the quality of the work and the kindness of the entire staff. Being quite colorblind, I have also greatly appreciated their assistance in choosing fun/cool manicure colors from their plethora of options. Really happy to have them in the neighborhood!

I called before going, as always do, to check if they were available for the Brazilian wax. They schedule me and told me to come, and when I get there, they said there was a walk-in for the nails and that I have to wait for 30min. Every month I go there for the wax, and still they prioritized the walk-in instead of me WHO WAS ALREADY SCHEDULED. No place put the walk-ins on top of the reservations. That was bad. Specially because I have left my house because THEY TOLD ME TO DO SO! Almost 2 years that I go there, and it probably won’t make no difference to them, but I won’t go again.
