Park sits right on the water with terrific views of the Island of Alameda and sailboats anchored offshore. Atmosphere is relaxed and great for dog walks or watching rowing teams practice at the aquatic center. Some areas feel sketchy and trashy, but there are still beautiful spots and visible wildlife on the water.
