I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here. I would highly highly recommend emailing instead of calling because they have a ton of patients calling and you would just be waiting 2 billion years waiting for someone to pick up your call. I only communicated with them through email and I would always get a reply within a day so yeah they check their email often and definitely reply. The surgery went very well, I was completely knocked out and I didn't feel a single thing. It felt like I just took a nap and simply woke up with four less teeth. I barely felt any pain during recovery. If you are looking to get your wisdom teeth removed, I would highly recommend you to get them removed here at "Flushing Oral Surgery & Dental Implants." There are always more excuses than service. We had quite a few customers today, but do you get this many every day? Last Friday, this Monday, and today, Tuesday—three consecutive days—I called over twenty times a day at different times, but no one answered. Is your front desk that busy? I can't believe it. Also, you say many customers are smart and go directly to the front desk to inquire about service. Well, think about it: if it were convenient for me to come here, why would I make so many calls? Doesn't this prove that you're smart too?
