# Gabriel's Fire

> Barbecue spot with a casual, low-key vibe and Seattle/PNW decorations feels like hanging out in a friend's garage. The interior is small and unpretentious, with most people ordering food to go. Brisket and ribs stand out for their perfect smoke and tenderness.

## Good to know

- Many locals order food to go, which makes sense because there are only two tables inside.
- The portion was enough to feed almost three people because everyone wanted to try some.
- The price of the sandwich was a pleasant surprise, especially considering the quantity of meat.
- The meal cost $20.17, which I found a bit spendy but expected for BBQ.
- Gabriel's Fire isn't really dine-in friendly.
