Blown away by the massage I got here today. I have thoracic outlet syndrome (including numbness going down my arms), a cervical herniated disc, and the most stubborn knots in my traps. I've gone to lots of the massage places in NYC, 5-star rated reviews for deep tissue, whatever. Spent 1000s of dollars. But nowhere can apply the deep pressure that I require for relief, until I went to Grand Nature. Immediately as soon as the massage begun, it felt like they knew exactly where to start and how to target it. Especially with thoracic outlet syndrome, you really have to target the pecs and all that brachial plexus area, and this is the only place in NYC that's got it done right. I will start coming here as much as I can to manage my pain.

I recently went there for the 1st time after my friend’s recommendation. I had the worst experience in my life. I felt violated after the massage. The masseuse was a tall older guy named Kevin. There was 10 minutes left toward the massage. He asked me to flip over so he went outside and I covered myself with the towel but shortly after he came in and continuing doing the massage he lifted the towel up in the air to adjust the towel and I flashed my chest. He didn’t need to lift the towel because he could have just adjust the towel by turning it the other direction. I knew something felt wrong but I didn’t say anything because I was in shock and he lightly rub my intimate part when he said it is the end of the massage. I knew in that moment I felt uncomfortable but I didn’t say anything and I should’ve spoken up. When I got home I was beating myself up because I was upset and mad for not standing up for myself. The fact that a man think he can be disrespectful and taking advantage of a woman, it is disgusting and disgraceful. I’ve been thinking about this incident nonstop and I wish it never happened. It is my body and he should have never being inappropriate! This considered SEXUAL ASSAULT.
