Went to rent a room Tuesday morning for myself and a friend and the hotel manager was extremely dismissive stating “we’re not doing that here” automatically profiling nefarious intentions because of my orientation. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would 1000%
If that is how you treat guests looking to book a room at your hotel, I can only imagine how she treats the staff. I would recommend any other hotel other than this one.

Our out of town guests stayed at this hotel for our wedding in May 2018. One of our guests (my sister) is in a wheelchair and travel is hard for her and our parents. The hotel was very communicative and did all they could to help us arrange our rooms and make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. It was very appreciated. Although the hotel does sit right beside the BQE the windows were soundproof and we all slept well while there. The rooms are small but adequate and clean and with everything you need. The location is central to williamsburg and many attractions, restaurants, and things to do in the area. We were very happy with out experience there.
