Loved this place perfect vibe cozy welcoming and great for night out atmosphere and food is great especially wings and Hookah is smooth and staff is very friendly attentive and make sure you feel taken care of the whole time and the guy name “Sunny” i believe he is a manager he is super helpful make you feel like king

When I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my original hookah, Sunny (I believe he’s the manager) went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Without hesitation, he upgraded me to a much better hookah (Frozen Watermelone)— at no extra charge — simply because he truly cares about his customers. That level of service is rare these days. Sunny didn’t just fix the problem, he turned my night into an even better one than I expected. The atmosphere was great, the staff was friendly, and the hookah I ended up with was absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for a spot that values its customers and delivers top-tier service, House of Hooka is the place to go. Thanks again, Sunny — you’ve got a customer for life!

I really wanted this to be my go-to hookah spot, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. I have to give credit where it’s due—the two women who’ve served me before were outstanding. But during my most recent visit, the male server’s attitude left a lot to be desired. I came in on a Tuesday just a few minutes before happy hour started, 3 minutes to be exact and instead of being welcoming, he was dismissive and unhelpful. He Would not take any orders before then. It honestly felt like he didn’t want to serve my friends and me at all—and we were the only customers there. I’ve had decent service in the past, but this last experience really left a bad taste. Disappointed is an understatement.
