# LA Fitness

> Gym offers extensive weight machines, turf area, and co-ed saunas with a lap pool and courts for basketball and racquetball. Atmosphere feels friendly but can get stuffy and hot, especially upstairs. Space is large and clean with a layout that supports casual workouts rather than heavy lifting.
