So I just called the stylist aka receptionist she let me know they only do not-less box braids I don't think she’s speaking on behalf of all the hair braiders/ beauticians not sure 🤔 though however it's ridge piteous as well very narrow minded with no real room for flexibility she said i was trying to explain it to me the day before but I left the salon 🤷🏾 I asked for the Braider who's only available by so call appointments on Saturdays it was awkward because I got the vibe while on the phone she wanted me to either explain to her why I left which wasn't happening lol I'm surprised she was struggling not to be sassy guess she's trying to work on her client service skills which can use a little more improvement will be going to a braider location on west 19th street not far away glad found this place will show update on my hair later.
