McDonald's
3.6 • Fast food restaurant
Open kitchen design shows food preparation clearly. Atmosphere includes loud, explicit music not suited for children. Long drive-thru waits and inconsistent hours affect flow, while food quality varies with some items fresh and others soggy or improperly prepared.
