Buyer beware . Came in looking for a leather sectional . Effy helped me choose a fabric sample and style and the couch was delivered a few weeks later. We enjoyed our couch until I noticed some cracking in the cushions after a year. I treated the leather with conditioner but things kept getting worse . The couch started peeling. I contacted the store and they informed me that the couch was actually plastic vinyl. After days of calling and being pushed off Effy finally told me I could reupholster the cushions for $2500 . I declined. The furniture quality and customer service are poor at Modern Interiors.
