The general manager, Dillon, truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. His exceptional service and attention to detail made us feel like we were part of the family. From the moment we checked in, the staff's warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic stay. The room was stylish, comfortable, and perfectly suited our needs. But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible gesture from the front desk team. Sincere decorated our room for our niece's 15th birthday celebration, and it was absolutely perfect! The thought and effort they put into making her special day even more memorable was truly touching. Thank you, Sincere! Great property and Alex is the best doorman in the city.

This was our second time at the Moxy lower east! This time was even better because we had Alex the doorman! He was honestly the most pleasant human you can come across, if you are having a bad day he would put a smile on your face. We didn’t think the Moxy could get any better and then we met Alex! Everyone at the Moxy is amazing to be honest and the location is perfect.
