NEW YORK PILATES SOHO

Took a trial class and this is hands down the best Pilates class I’ve done in NY! Great instructors and super tough.

The teachers used to be AMAZING (this is how I got through my pregnancy) but when I came back postpartum, all of the instructors were gone (red flag). Now they are very much in their own world, not hands on or suggesting corrections verbally. Also people saying the music is a vibe lol. It's the same too loud bad disco every time. I can't hear the instructor half the time. Beyond that, I've been coming for over 10 years and generally disappointed in how they treat customers. I bought a 10 pack and they must have changed their policy because they expired in 2 MONTHS! As someone with a child and a job, where I travel sometimes, it's just not possible. Would have just paid per class. And they haven't responded to a single message about it. Anyhow, not how I expect to be treated by any business. I will find a new pilates studio.

Great classes & studio. Spend 1 week in NYC and tried out their 99$ membership which was a great deal for reformer Pilates. Not much individual guidance, but I enjoyed the classes very much.
