I am so elated to have found this gem of a restaurant.
I make it a habit to walk through the neighborhood of cities I am laying over at. (Flight Attendant).
Today, I wanted Asian food, especially a Bento box/plate.
When I searched, this restaurant pulled up. I could not have been more impressed.
The restaurant was so clean and very modern. The decor was so pleasing, the light fixtures, unique.
I ordered the mango tea and the bento. Got the teriyaki beef and shrimp. It comes with 3 gyozas, 2 spring rolls, seaweed salad with your choice of, white rice, fried rice or noodles. Homemade sauce for gyoza and spring rolls.
The teriyaki sauce (homemade) was very delicious on the thin sliced beef and shrimp.
David, was an amazing host, chef and promoter of his business. He was doing it all. He described how the restaurant started, the menu items and prices. He is very competitive and his prices are hard to beat in the area or anywhere around Flushing, NY.
I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting or living in the area.
