# Ocean Bay 避風塘

> Small space with crammed seating creates a noisy, crowded atmosphere where conversation is difficult. Decor blends traditional Cantonese elements with modern touches, featuring high-end materials and uniforms for servers. Dim sum is authentic with some standout dishes, complemented by a well-regarded Tsingtao beer.
