Perfect place with perfect food and perfect service!!!

I arrived at opening time. I sit down and look at the menu, where to my surprise it says that the ramen won't be served for another half hour. Anyway, I waited for my friend. No one addresses me during this time. When my friend arrives, I go to the counter to order, and it turns out that the chicken ramen (half of the menu) won't be served for another three hours. Maybe the food there is good, but not enough to justify such indifferent treatment.
