# Parm Battery Park City

> Large room with dim lighting and green highlights creates a cozy, old New York vibe. Italian classic songs from the past play, setting a pleasant, nostalgic atmosphere. Bar area becomes loud and busy during happy hour, while booth seating near windows blocks natural light.
