I’m the member of PSFCU Ridgewood branch for about 7 years. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me very warmly.I was helped by service member named Elzbieta Baszynski. She was very friendly, professional and took her time to answered all my questions.Lately I went to the PSFCU Ridgewood branch a few times and spoke each time with Halina Pietrzycka She was incredibly friendly , patient and helped me a lot. I recommend this Branch to anyone, and you will be treated like family. Great location, convenient parking, respectful & quick service. Thank’s to Branch Manager Agnieszka Chwatko, great job!!!

My mother and I were helped by a fantastic team service member named Elzbieta Baszynska. My mother and I were incredibly impressed by her knowledge, and ability to resolve our issue very efficiently. Elzbieta was detailed oriented and displayed good listening skills. I  am also grateful to her on catching during our conversation that I am interested in learning about investing and retirement planning. She notified me about this Saturday's seminar and took the initiative to sign me up. Thank you also to Agnes Wotka ( bank manager), for organizing such amazing seminars for members to learn, and participate in . My mother and I going forward will continue to visit this branch location.

I can’t say enough good things about the PSFCU branch in Ridgewood, NY. The entire team is truly exceptional—always professional, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. Every time I visit, I feel like I’m in great hands. They go above and beyond to make banking a pleasant experience. I also noticed there’s a new girl who recently joined the team. She’s always smiles, warm, and approachable, which instantly makes you feel welcome. Her positive energy and eagerness to assist show that she’s already a fantastic addition to the branch.
