I really wanted to love these products given Lorraine Massey’s legacy, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. After using the CurlyWorld line, I found that the products wouldn’t wash out of my hair, leaving it feeling coated and heavy no matter how many times I rinsed and cleansed.
Wanting to give constructive feedback, I called the salon directly to share my experience. Instead of receiving any understanding or support, I was met with hostility and defensiveness that left me shocked. As a customer who had high hopes, I expected at least a respectful conversation.
Sadly, between the performance of the products and the lack of professionalism when I reached out, I cannot recommend CurlyWorld.
