This centrum has improved dramatically during the last 2 years in all regards, the food/meals are excellent (cook and meal preparing staff can work for White house) served by respectful patient volunteers. The activities are spectacularly uplifting and so much innovative under the guidance of very professional hired individuals. The director and professional staff all very attentive to any raised issues. One matter still to be addressed is to establish a clear line who can address other seniors on any issue. I strongly believe that this is only the senior center staff and this should be clearly outlined in the senior center conduct of behavior (not seen in the dining area lately). Today when a single place was not available for the first lunch shift area a non English speaking senior (cca 70 plus) tried to prevent me to place an additional chair to the desk by screaming at me though she herself already was sitting comfortably across the desk. There were two spots available in the tables for disabled seniors but I didn't dare to move there as a distributing lady (cca 70 plus) with a known hostile attitude when distributing meals literally attacked me again physically some time ago (beating my arms and hands) when by mistake took a seat there (incident was reported).
So those two ladies today so much verbally supported each other and possible other non staff should receive a copy of the conduct behavior in the senior center, based on the established no hate, anger, physical verbal abuse and non invited interaction with other seniors. Many thanks for arranging for this. Tina
