Sunrose Tower

7/17/2025: 12 hours without power and limited to no water. ———————— Editing 1/2025: Something seriously needs to be done about the people who smoke in this building. The stench of cigarettes traveling through the air vents and into the hallway is absolutely disgusting. No matter how many times you bring it up to the Lobby or to Management nothing changes. This is horrible and no one should have to constantly smell this garbage. ————- While no apartment in NYC is perfect or going to live up to extremely high standards, living here has been an overall positive experience for me and my family. We have experienced the issue with hot water once on a random Monday, but was resolved in the afternoon rather swiftly. My only other note is that I wish people would stop smoking cigarettes either in their units or in the halls, because it does travel and smells awful on the hotter days. The concierge team and crew onsite are always very helpful and exceptionally kind. I feel like some of them genuinely enjoy interacting with tenants and getting to know us. Our packages and deliveries have never had an issue and for me that’s a very big deal.

Lovely residence with Lobby/Concierge, Gym, Package room, Lounge, Parking Garage, Elevators, Residence Terrace and Rooftop. Great Neighborhood with a great Hudson River, and George Washington Bridge View.
