Wang Wang Queens

I’ve picked up from this place at least 1-2x per year since they opened (crispy pork, duck, roast pork) and it’s usually mid but we go since it’s the closest and most convenient. Got our usual order again tonight and idk what changed but everything came out perfect!! The crispy pork was crisp and not too fatty, char siu flavor was perfect (it used to be ok but had a slightly weird after taste), and the duck was so juicy (still not a lot of meat but that’s just how duck is IMO)

I saw some very polarized reviews before, but because of the recommendation of my neighbor, I thought I should give it a try. I parked the car near the store and smelled the fragrance as soon as I got out of the car. The store was bright and clean, and the cashier was very friendly. It was close to 12:00 noon when I went there. Although there was no queue, customers came one after another. The chef did not smile, but who would smile at the meat on the plate? I got the order in less than 5 minutes. I bought three three-treasure rice (there were these meats: roasted pork, scallion chicken, char siu, and braised duck), and was given half a pound of char siu (happy) Overall, the taste is similar to the authentic Hong Kong-style roast meat in Taiwan, not too salty or too oily, and even the white rice is cooked very deliciously. It has been included in the pocket list. I was too hungry and opened the bento to eat, and forgot to take pictures.

It’s my first time buying three-treasure rice here, it’s $10.25, very cost-effective.
