Great place! Friendly and easy.

I went in to get papers shredded I was told $2.50 / lb over the phone, $3/lb when I got in They use a residential shredder, I was watching my important bank documents get shredded when employee asked me if I didn’t trust him! How unprofessional! Why would I trust you? Who are you? This is not how commercial shredding should be… Of course I am going to watch and ensure all of my bank/financial documents are actually being shredded

You’d have to be out of your mind to trust these people with your mail. When they lose valuable shipments, as far as they’re concerned, the only problem is you thinking it’s a big deal. Even when tracking proves they received it, they lie about it because they won't admit they lost it. Believe it or not, they actually stonewall you. The bros who lollygag at the counter say they don’t have the authority to do anything about anything (they won't even contact the relevant delivery service). The only person who does have authority—you guessed it—is away, in a meeting, unreachable, yada, yada, yada. At one point they even insisted the manager/owner was at home and never to be disturbed about work when he’s off the clock! That tells you everything about how the place is run and why it’s a free-for-all in there. Of course, when they tell you the manager can’t be reached, he’s actually hiding from you downstairs in the basement... which tells you everything about how the place is run and why it’s a free-for-all in there.
