i called 4 legged friends on 8/11 to check in to see if my cat had an acutal appointment!!!, DEBBIE the front desk lady who makes all the appointments and said she is the only one who makes the appointments, told me from her mouth that there was no scheduled appointments for my cat on the day we spoke 8/11. when i know i did in fact schedule an appointment for my cat. HOWEVER, i sent a new medical form indicating his new shots that he had recieved at petco, so that DEBBIE can give me a new estimate for his surgery. i called multiple times and left voicemails as well as TWO emails that went unanswered, i finally got on the phone with DEBBIE who is forgetful and irresponsible , on 8/11. and she told me that there was NO scheduled appointments for my cat, and that she would send me the new estimate based on his new shots taken elsewhere.
she then calls me on the day of his supposed day of surgery 8/13, forgetting that she told me on the 11th that he had NO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
the whole point is i DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION TO HANDLE MY CAT BECAUSE DEBBIE IS INCOMPITENT. there should be a young and vibrant front desk with knowledge of knowing how to properly articulate appointment times and days.
DEBBIE is losing her mind literally.
very irrisponsible. and she hung up the phone because she did not know how to take responsibility for her incompitiance.
this office needs a new front desk !!!!!!!!
terrible service from the day i first walked in. i walked out without an estimate because DEBBIE said the vet forgot to write it up/
at this point i dont trust this office to even know if they are performing surgery correctly.
