Took an hour on the subway to get to Balady and it was definitely worth it. If you are looking for halal/middle eastern groceries, this is the place. We buy meat and poultry in bulk since it's quite far from where we stay, and it also became our go to for fresh produce (while it lasts), snacks, nuts, dairy, spices, and pantry staples. Always stocked, decent variety, and helpful staff.
