Customer service alone with zero out of 10 I traveled all the way from New Jersey to come to the salon because I seen the amazing work they do, but when I came in the salon, I was not even greeted. I was being stared at up and down as if the lady was deciding if she wanted to service me or not, then I asked if you know I can be seen then she says do you have an appointment mind you this is after I initiated the conversation being a customer I said no and then she didn’t try to make an appointment with me. She just had me there standing in the shop with dead silence. I always hear that this community can be racist, but I give it the benefit of the doubt because I grew up in the Dominican salons and always had a great experience and since when we got a book an appointment at the Dominican salon, I ain’t never seen that you know so I just wasted gas and toll money for no reason and I and I can respect that they have an appointment process, but the fact that she didn’t even try to make an appointment with me and I just feel like she was judging me for how I appeared cause I came in leisure clothing I feel some type of way. Rude! I rather not spend my money with someone who can’t even say good morning to a potential customer.
