CVS

This CVS has been here for over two decades. They have always been one of those CVS locations that continues to not give the results that people may be looking for when it comes to the CVS experience. The employees here are very weird and the staff seems to be lackadaisical. I have walked in and seen more than I need to see when it comes to customers and also employees. They have gotten better with stock inside of the store and there are a few employees that are knowledgeable and others who simply do not care. I do not believe it has to do with being over worked I truly believe it is not hiring the people who truly want to work and appreciate their jobs. Every experience here has been either hard or irritating to say the least. The manager himself is very helpful and outgoing in the store process. Others not as much and it is very easily discovered when speaking with the individuals that work work there. They do have a lot of theft in the location from customers which I have witnessed personally when I go into the store. A large amount of their products are locked behind cases and inside the refrigerators and it makes sense due to the amount of theft that happens here. However they still require a lot of work and maintenance inside the location itself.

I must agree, employees here are spread very thin at this CVS. I read the comment about the employee who stated "African Americans are the ones who steal" at this particular CVS. I AM AFRICAN AMERICAN, and I have shopped at this CVS for many years, I appreciate these laborers because I used to be one Duane Reade, Au Bon pan. But every nationality and race has stolen from this CVS and yes I have seen this. Turning a blind eye to thieves and blaming it on one nationality is a cowardly way of saying he is not doing his due diligence to his work, his community and to this CVS store. I do hope there is some follow up to the African american claim. Do not single out one when many are doing this.

No good pharmacy, avoid this one. I dont know about the other ones, but this one people are rude. No good costumer service. I waited in line 20 minutes for her to tell me aisle 6, no other instruction just aisle 6. I ask aisle 6 for what and she kept saying aisle 6
