I had a big DHL delivery show up—way more than your average drop-off—and the team at CubeSmart absolutely went above and beyond. They helped me unload everything, even though that’s definitely not in their job description. They didn’t have to do it, and frankly, most people wouldn’t. I probably shouldn’t have expected it either—it was borderline rude of me to even ask. But they were kind, efficient, and didn’t make me feel bad about it. Truly excellent service. Just... maybe don’t be like me. Bring a dolly.
