Highly professional and attentive staff- did not feel that they were not genuine with their care and concerns that I had about some vehicles- came in last hour before closing but they worked till the end until I was satisfied. Made a lot of accommodations for me at the end of rental and also made up for the one bad apple that picked up the phone on my initial call to them. Management made sure to go above and beyond to help with my final bill. First vehicle was mechanically insufficient so they immediately swapped for different vehicle for me even at last 20min before closing. Did not feel any pressure to rent experience was surprisingly pleasant all around. I will continue to use them as my go-to when I don't have my personal vehicle to my use. Or even just to use leisurely as needed in my lifestyle. "Mazda 3"
