I had an awful experience at this store, all thanks to Bethiny. I went in hoping to fix my hair, but it turned into a total disaster. Bethiny recommended a color remover, even after someone on a Zoom call advised her to use a different one, totally ignoring what they said, and still had me purchased the one that she was told not to use. Guess what? It turned my hair green! When I went back, she questioned if I followed her instructions, and with a bad attitude, made me recite them because she was trying to avoid admitting it was her fault. Seriously, the lack of compassion was unbelievable. I ended up buzzing my hair off just to escape the mess. If you're looking for genuine help, steer clear of Bethiny. She's all about making a sale, not about actually helping customers.

Came in wanting an icy blonde. Met Bethany the manger and she explained what I needed to do and buy and ended up spending so much money. Came back in the next day with yellow orange hair. Bethany told me that’s exactly the inspo I showed her and achieved it and shot down all the concerns on MY hair without any remorse, giving me ways to fix, and showed any empathy … Took a few days and calmed down and was met with an associate Alissa and explained to me what went wrong and what was needed to fix it. Safe to say i’m no longer yellow but blonde. It may not be icy which is impossible to get in one sitting which I knew but I decided to trust the word of the manager… . Wouldn’t recommend
