Studio Pilates International Prospect Heights

I love this place. As a newbie to Reformer Pilates but not exercise or biomechanics, and as someone with ADHD for whom verbal instructions are really challenging, having the videos to follow along while the instructor comes around to check form and give tweaks or helpful instructions is pretty much a dream set up for me. The classes go by so quickly and even after just a month my chronic back pain is practically gone. If it works in your schedule to take Casey’s classes, do it. She’s the best!

absolutely love this place! my friend and i discovered. they have an awesome first time package of 6 classes for 60. i have been doing reformer for a few years now and this one is such a great mix of different classes i've taken. you're guided by a video that's on multiple screens and the coaches are there to assist and perfect. i have never had a class fly by as fast and as consistently - every time. another huge bonus - they have the most comfortable reformers i've ever used. the cushion foot bar and the carriage - today was thinking how one day when i have my own, this is the one i want. every class gets you sore exactly where you want. so if you can tell, i highly recommend this place!! <3
