Breezey got groomed on 7.13.25 and had a reaction to the shampoo, the groomer gave Breezey a rinse on 7.14.24, Breezey was still itchy; Kim (owner) called me first thing in the am on 7.15.25 with deep concern and care in her voice, she she told me to bring him in for a hypoallergenic shampoo. Breezey and I met Kim and her beautiful poodle baby (she should be modeling or doing commericals); we talked in details about the possible cause/reaction to the initial shampoo, Breezey's skin type and solutions to rectify.
Kim isn't just the owner she is Unleashed Spa to the core of her bones, her heart and soul are the Fur Babies; she strives for them and their parents/caretakers to be happy. Kim and I spoke in depth about Fur Babies and the fact that I'm babysitting Breezey, I'm in awe of how she left no stones unturned to see Breezey itch free and happy; she left her door open for updates and/or solutions (you rarely get this type of treatment from Medical Professionals). Where can you see a professional back to back to back get help, information, solutions and treatment???...Unleashed Spa/Kim
A rarity is a company standing behind its name/product/purpose, to go above and beyond...Unleashed Spa is a diamond in the rough.
Thank you Kim for caring, understanding, helping and Vinnie thank you for the shampoo and trim-up.
I will keep you updated.
