The pizzeria is in a convenient location, about 600 meters from Piazza Unità d'Italia and in a lively area full of small restaurants.
We arrived at 10 pm without a reservation, the restaurant was full, but they immediately seated us by offering us their classic welcome prosecco.
The list of vegan pizzas has expanded considerably since the last time I went to Assaje (in Udine) and the choice is truly inviting.
Furthermore, each pizza can be requested gluten-free. Good GF dough, but super toppings.
I chose a gluten-free and vegan pizza with 3 tomatoes: the vegan mozzarella was truly out of this world, delicious!
At the end of the dinner they offer a selection of liqueurs and gummy candies.

This is a very good restaurant close to the marina (port) and we can try really good food from the region. The local cuisine is very good. The Sardinia breaded ones were very tasty. The pizzas have a choice of different doughs with new cereals or even gluten-free and mozzarella lactose-free. For an additional charge of course.
