As someone who’s gluten free, traveling in Italy can be a bit of a challenge—but Gelateria Vernazza absolutely made my day. I was so happy to find out that all of their gelato and cones are gluten free. My first GF cone in all of Italy! I was honestly overjoyed. I got the chocolate hazelnut and salted caramel—both were insanely good. Creamy, rich, and full of flavor. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. A must-visit if you’re in the area, especially for fellow GF travelers. (Pardon my melty ice cream photo, it was a hot day!)

11/10 recommend! The food is delicious and the staff are extremely kind and incredibly helpful. When I asked about gluten free options they were super accommodating, helped me through the menu, and went out of their way to make sure I could have the pizza I wanted. The location is just a few minutes from the train station, and so much quieter than the other side. Great views, great food, wonderful staff.

Fantastic food and location in the harbour of Vernazza. Could not be in best location. They were really kind offering advice for pasta with and without gluten. The service was good and the quality of the pasta as well. A good option to repeat next time.
