I had the best gluten-free pizza ever! They are very inclusive, having gluten-free appetizers, fried foods and desserts.
I had a gourmet pizza with stracciatella and shrimp tartare and it was truly exceptional, the dough was balanced in flavor and consistency. And it is rare to find gluten-free doughs that are so soft, honeycomb-like but slightly crunchy on the outside.
My boyfriend had a classic bufalina pizza and he was also thrilled with the taste and dough.
Lastly: the waiters were really kind.
